Erika is the heart and soul of Mandalay Guest House since 2008. She leads the incredibly hard working team with a wealth of expertise and a good dose of necessary humour and loves nothing more than to say yes to guests’ requests and help wherever she can.

Having been in the hospitality industry in Plettenberg Bay for many years, your host, Erika offers you a warm welcome. She is fluent in English, Afrikaans and German.
With her extensive knowledge of the area she can offer invaluable advice on how to spend your time in this beautiful area. In addition she is serving our guests with breakfasts that keeps them returning to Mandalay Guest House. She also is responsible for making the bookings and handling guests’ enquiries.
